Yep it is mate, I was wondering whether the few posts tonight have been wild guesses, jokes or based on fact
BNB, if the first answer is true (and I have no reason to believe it isn't) then these are the answers I was hoping for
Hi All
1. How do we know that Sea Trials haven't already started? Maybe they have. Could they have started and we we aren't aware of this. Surely the Company would not have released an RNS saying they have started. In the recent Malcy interview, Trice made reference to a number of 'RNS or notifiable events' and did not mention the Sea Trials as one of them.
2. The title of this thread - RE:3Q AM Sailway at risk - When did the Company ever state that Sailway would be in Q3?
thank you Wesex, thank you very much
Id be appreciaitve of a link to the photo or how to google it
are you saying then Davewin that sea trials may have technically commenced
thanks Davewin.!
11 days including the 20th. RNS was at 7am
From the last RNS on 20 September
'Sea trials for the Aoka Mizu are due to commence by the end of September, with sailaway to follow shortly thereafter'
This statement was surely made and checked by intelligent people who have made an assessment of whether in fact the statement is true or not. With it being around 11 days from the 20th (date of RNS) to 31 September I would suggest that it will very probably happen before the end of September.
However, how do we actually know that the Sea Trials have not started yet?
Just out of interest, when the term 'Sea Trials' is mentioned does this require a physical moving of the ship at the commencement of the Sea Trials? What I am trying to ascertain is are there any parts of the Sea Trials that do not require the ship to move. No doubt everyone is watching Marine Traffic etc closely, but could elements of the trials actually have started (for example an on ship assessment that all cargo is secured) and that the first time she leaves the port could be very shortly before she departs towards Lancaster via Rotterdam
Although I rarely post here I visit regularly and I have to say its nice to have a good vibe going on and everybody getting on, hopefully that wont change!!!
All,
What are the forum member's views on whether or not the recent RNS has contributed to the AM not moving?
Im sure they are not connected, I just thought I'd ask the question thats all!
There clearly has been alot of jibes here lately, can I suggest that the next AGM is supplemented by a cage fight? UFC rules would have to apply
yep well shes left for Lancaster
I think shes actually moving isnt she
yep shes moving! wheres Wessex?!
Why hasnt WessexMario advised on that!!?!??! Well thats him off the Chritmas Card list I can tell you
Lets change the subject and talk about the ship.
Any movement / sign of life down in Dubai Mario???
What I would say is that all my shares have been going down over the past three months and whist I understand shares go up and down, its just great to see Falcon in the blue for the last couple of days
thanks Wessex, very informative and I am very appreciative indeed. Its always a pleasure to see the posts from yourself!
Because I might want to watch a ship thats why. mate
thanks Mario, What can you expect to happen next down there. I'm just trying yo understand thats all
