Firstly, I am becoming more and more disllusioned with CNE....since when has trashing the SP by flogging off the family silver and embarking on a fool's errand in the arctic and then buying North Sea assets in shareholde's interests? I guess we await news at CNR .... hopefully some 'boomage' BEM has been a stinker again!..... however it ain't over yet but I can't really see any recovery. Bit hacked off at RDSA/B sulking at -10% for the year. Maybe last year's growth included a lot of froth in the SP. KAZ yo-yoing again but still 20% ish off Jan price.

At least turned modets profit on CNR....had an old mouldy T20 at 6.45p..... couldn't face conscioulsy selling - greed - so set a SL at 150p when at 155p....SL got triggered. So , a modest profit and more importantly some needed cash liquidity which had been locked into paper loss CNR since May 2011!!!! HURRAH........ Just got one other T20 at 7.5p to dispose of.... but not quite so keen to dump it as it is making me modest profits. Core holding will not be touched until the fat lady stops singing. Nice to see ablue arrow for once!..... Will think about dumping T20 if CNT gets to 200p - more liquid cash and a decent profit to play with. My original plan in 2010 was to make some moolah on CNR and sink it into BEM!!! Might think about sinking profit into BEM to average down - considerably!!!!... common sense says 'don't be so bloody stupid' ..... I am however thinking about SXX or even WLFE which is nearer to production as opposed to BEM.

Yup, it does appear that flogging off the crown jewels could have been a cataclysmic mistake - however - share holder value has been returned to investors - twice - assumming investors were 'in' before 2000. CNE is now 'small' enough to avoid being a TO target? ..... seems odd....build a company up and then 'smash' its value and then start the rebuilding process over again

In the mid noughties CNE droppped out of the FTSE 100 and saw its share price 'tank' ...... we've been here before and that was without any income from production. Not too worried - well that is MO

Okay ... some results ..... found some motivation. CNR one to watch over the next few weeks. KAZ has imploded - bit of shame as far as I am concerned. My VPF is not looking good apart from AMER and the cash div from CNE. Results 1: P'dog: +14.25% 2: JT + 2.7% how I manage to stay ahead of Mogo is anyone's guess.
