Between the ask and the bid not much to be made this morning on trading small amounts I presume the shorters are still at work ,this is what happens when sentiment is killed in a company with a seriously great asset ,money to get back ,permits promised ,t/o at much higher price virtually guaranteed ,pumping gas ,not many of these around in AIM ,and yet the sp is way way too low ...must be a buy and put away till September ...

Reso plays on fear and greed very well ....need to pay attention but not necessarily believe as who knows what agenda he has and who is behind him ...the travails of this company are not due to him but the BOD ...

Agree oil2playfor that would be fair value but who knows with this company ? We need to know more but if this is sensitive information we may never know unless the deal is already done ! Certainly we don’t need a cheap hostile t/o imo

Whyast1605 I hope that offers are not conditional on permits being delivered first ,I would like this asset to be sold at fair value and competent management to take it forward .....come on Cadogan ...cheap ....was at 8p ....less now !

I think anything less than 100 mil Euro is a total steal as the real input would be 70mil ,there is the 75% factor as well ,but I don’t think 4p + is unrealistic as the final deal ...

200mil + Euro asset ,40 mil Euro for gas to come in 10mil to be spent ,permits nailed on = value 230 mil Euro ,company has no debt , mildly distressed sale 100mil + Euro ....seems like a pretty good deal when 100mil = approximately 4.5 - 5 p sp !

This company has a hugely valuable asset and it’s value rests on that asset ,plus the fact it is already in production ,has captive gas customers who need the product ,NOW has the necessary permits nailed on ,gas prices rising will get first 40 mil Euro from sales ,needs a refining plant 10mil Euro .......think of a better deal for a cash rich company ?

200mil Euro +asset captive customers ,40 mil Euro to come back in ,permits nailed on end of September ,pumping gas now around 10mil Euro to spend ...seems like a hell of a deal to me ......I’m holding very tight !

Serious buys coming in I can’t believe that those people have more money than sense ....I d like to think some see a chink of light in the distance ....

1 The management of AST ,wrt the way sentiment in this share was crushed largely by CC and his CLN notes and the shorting by people closely associated with the company !
2 The difficulties put in the way of job creating business in Slovenia !
I don’t think any of the participants would like all of this in the papers !

It’s not all over yet despite Doc Holiday ,the permits can be issued over the next month with some common sense ,and we can still get a J/V or a T/O ...however we need a new CEO and BOD ,I can’t believe that there is an Emergency Meeting tomorrow with the Ambassador and a Minister and no Colin !
