Irene: was responding to lootgaloot post 85 where he infers BP is issuing shares to robots!
PS what is the median salary?
Really cant imagine BP would issue shares to robots as they are not legal entities. Non Exec are legal entities and not employees so that might account for some but who are the others? Who would you bung shares to who are not employees or non execs? Land holders, holding land you are boring through? Either way it was a significant dilution factor last year.
Yes I checked £40m has been raised through share allocations to employee and non-employees whoever the later may be. Nice work if you can get it.
Hi Irene, that was a £100m raising so at 1260 a share accounts for 79k shares still leaves 14m shares unexplained over the year.
Anyone know why BP have created 14m new shares over the last year? At todays price this means they have created £118m revenue for themselves.
I got a reply from the Gov re e-petition. Does this mean they are really keen to help?
"The Government’s interactions with Sirius Minerals are commercially confidential and it is therefore not possible to comment further on the particulars of dealings between Government and Sirius Minerals. However, we wish to assure all interested parties that all requests for Government financial support are assessed in great detail and must meet necessary assistance criteria. When examining any request for financing, the Government has to assess the potential benefits of a project against the need to protect taxpayers’ money.

Where has everyone gone its 4 Nov and no comments since 28 Oct.
Simply Wall St. published an interesting article see "We're Excited To See How Blue Prism Group (LON:PRSM) Uses Its Cash Hoard To Grow". Got to be worth a quid on the SP.
The trouble is implementing say Capability Maturity model is expensive both in cost and time scale hence the interest in short cuts. I have no doubt this is happening.
It is often said one needs to re-engineer/improve the business processes first so they align with business objectives and then once done embark on automation. However, if with Blue Prism you can rewire the spaghetti without doing the BPR then I think a lot of FDs would do this and cut the implementation costs; after all it will all need to be redone in time anyway.
or do nothing and get paid 15p/share.

As you already own SXX shares you have the option through the 1:22 offer to buy more shares to stop your present holding being diluted. HL have opened a new zero value line in anticipation of you taking up the offer. If you don't take the offer your allocation will be sold to others who will buy it at 15p. And no you cant use the opportunity to transfer your holding.
Buy while stocks last.
HI Irene: the price is now over £20 have you gone short yet?
I doubt that a message board could be market manipulation because the boards participants are a small number of people v the total shareholders. As a guide look author the trade volumes.
Yes indeed and any other solution would fail if this happened.
I can't say I agree with your comments here Irene. Most organisations don't have precisely defined processes either written or held in the culture. When they start to introduce IT even at an elementary level they find the mismatch between how they think it works and how it actually does. Yes to use BP you have to define the process in detain and then encode it. This is the point, once encoded the BP version is the business process. If there is then a need to change the business process you change the BP.
Someone sells £2.2M worth of shares and the subsequent price goes up. What would have happened if they had bought £2.2m worth?
I read a Bloomberg article that says Accenture have built their own RPA platform. What does this mean given they are a certified gold BP provider. Are they ripping BP off or have BP white labelled the platform? Would be bad news for BP if all their parents did the former.
Anyone seen Irene, share price is going up.
Where is everyone, have you all gone on a cruise and not told me?
Would make a very good cannabis facility.
