I have never been very keen on dividends preferring the money to be used for the longer term benefit of holders. I know this is a minority point of view but....heh ho...Results were about par as always. A better H2 looks likely with more news to come from the Playwin partnership, could be a big driver of rev's in the years ahead. As ever with Spo they promise much....

Will W&E allow insolvency? Hell they must have a fall back position should investors vote No! Of course they may have never intended to cough up in the first place. That would damage his reputation no end imo. At this stage being positive is pretty impossible outside events and decisions could yet still scupper us. Will a buyer be waiting in the wings to take P off our hands if the device is the B all and end All of bga's? If it is.... why has it been so hard to raise £10m to progress Proxima? Conclusion....nobody wants it. The market was right all along....it would never sell! You might think differently that delays and the reluctance of the NHS to speed up purchasing orders did us down. I guess a mix of both.

18% of shares issued have been traded over last 2 days (roughly 220 deals) probably 70/30 in buyers favour. Done us no favours. While uncertainty over the vote is the driving factor don't expect the stock to reach the CPS at 2.88 until this is resolved.

Just a couple of thoughts....I. agree P4 is being effectively mothballed as sales have been meagre. They no doubt will continue making P4 for customers who require the device but will throw money and energy into P4+ / P5 aimed at the US market of c $1BN should they get FDA or the cheaper option approved for sale. * cancellation of the ordinary from TRADING on Aim that's important as no mention of your shares being dissolved..* the threat of insolvency should the reolutions not pass was mentioned at least 4 times...I think we get the message. * Should this occur the Co will be forced into insolvency and here's the thing WITHOUT TAKING MITIGATING ACTION. ( new iis or Woodford stumping up?). * In a private co we will have no say relying on Woodford to do the right thing, another risk though we must assume he has shareholders interests to the fore being the largest. He needs a winner to show the market he has not lost his touch which I think he may have done here allowing Rencken free rein! * a-2-b your point re the availability to cash out in 18 months post delisting throws up another problem as to valuation. One assumes the bod will be the arbiters of this hence the trust issue or is a price decided by independent means? Still so many doubts and uncertainty for pis to assess but other options are few. We could of coarse vote down the resolution but that does not appeal to me as only more uncertainty prevails and have we not had enough! Proxy forms for voting are being posted 22/8 and latest time for deciding (Yea or Nay) is 6/9 followed by EGM 8/9. Time for further news to come out.

No sp when we're private a-2-b! Only dividends, well perhaps not.. It will be down to the 'new management' (Rencken cannot survive) to drive sales, revenues and profits to make Sphere an attractive enough proposition to re-enter the public markets. Do not rule out a US listing poss NASDQ or OTC should we get FDA approval. US investors are much more risk orientated than over here. I wish we had targeted the US first.....too bloody late now! However I go back to the fact and sorry if I'm like a boring LP we are only into the 8th month of P4 sales What did people expect £8m in rev's!?

You might consider a-2-b that this is all part of Woodford's master plan, engineering an awful offer to holders hoping it's voted down he withdraws his offer the shares de- list, investors get creamed he picks up the pieces for nix...job done.

You won't take any advice from me cellis. I hope. As you know I don't even take my own! But i sure wouldn't be punting this even at these levels the reward ain't worth the risk and if your not prepared to leave a grand in for years best find a share with a higher pulse rate.

Immaterial to lth's, the sp, be it 1.05 or O.05 is neither here nor there...as long as your holding is recognised in the new private Co and this has not been confirmed by Sphere one should not worry. Then again they cannot as they have all s****ered to Papua New Guinea obviously having better things to do. They might have left a tel no or forwarding address for chrissssakes!

I was thinking along the lines of something more private....away from prying eyes perhaps someone's GMAIL account? Or perhaps a BB on lse?...Anyways not imperative atm. Del....the private sector is clouded in mystery as far as I'm concerned...do they observe listing arrangements for example? Are we...do we, receive up to date info via monthly/annually reports? As far as trading our shares ( should they survive the vote) I think it's unlikely. What we need is a bod that will take the Co forward as a matter of urgency so that in 3-5 years we can exit via an IPO at multiples of current £1m valuation. That must be the aim of anyone joining....not trying to find an MB buyer when you may not know the trading nos! For sure it's nothing I have ever expierenced and it might be a step too far for most...the capability of valuing your investment at the touch of a button! It's a massive step change for me relying on the bod to 'do the right' thing. This may hark back to the 'stick the cert' in the bottom drawer and forget about it scenario! That's an anathema to me nowdays but one I will have to live with should all the anomalies be resolved. Given my straightened circumstances I have little choices but to venture forth into the dark. I gave up ringing HO after 15 attempts....unbelievable I might have been an investor looking to shove in a couple of mill. Very very unprofessional of Sphere not to have the switchboard manned!
