Imho there needs to be a final flush out of the open offer and get the offer down to 1.5p

They will need to raise funds come what may, as with M3 they needed to strengthen the balance sheet to conclude the JV with Sebela. Imho they will need to do the same with XF 73.

Even without a JV deal they will need to raise for working capital.
