In all honestly their are unlikely to be in Clinic this year and will require more working capital, no doubt a Placing 3rd quarter.
All sorted i have got my full Entitlement jayblu48 im guessing you purchased your shares through a SB to obtain your entitlement as purchasing shares on the 22nd would not entitle you to the Open offer as the settlement on those shares would be the 24th.
9 Open Offer Shares for every 10 Existing Ordinary Shares held on the Record Date, at a price of 1 pence per Open Offer share Record Date for the Open Offer 6:00 p.m. on 20 May 2024
Martyh its the Record date that sets the actual Entitlement date. The Ex date is simply the record date plus the settlement period. My mistake earlier as i was looking at dividends
SCE Open Offer the was no Ex date just a Record date.
Ive received an email back from The Company and the Nomad. Both state its the Record date. However they have contacted the Registrar for confirmation. Would appear that Brokers that have used the Ex date 23rd will have to reverse the Open Offer entitlement and use the Record date.
Ive contacted the company for clarification
as brokers use the ex date theres been a balls up in the communication. the record date is normally 2 days after the ex date polx seemed to have got this **** about face.
yes i think they've ****ed up as you've purchased after the placing and still got your entitlement. 130m shares trades on the 22nd imho theres been an big almighty **** up
Jayblu48 if you purchased on the 22nd settlement would be on the 24th so you would not receive entitlement
Jayblu 48 not you are not entitled on the 22nd 9 Open Offer Shares for every 10 Existing Ordinary Shares held on the Record Date, at a price of 1 pence per Open Offer share Record Date 20th May
The Ex date should come 2 days before the record date. The Ex date should have been the 20th and the Record Date the 23rd. Would appear an error from Polarean
Example On the 21st held 20 shares which would give open Offer entitlement to 18 shares. on the 22nd i sold 50% giving 10 shares Because IG Group are using the ex date 23rd i am being given OOE entitlement for 9 shares
