Xenon129 thats the point im try to make with IG Group.

On the 21st i held X amount of shares i sold half on the 22nd May equally Y

I thought as you said i would be entitled to X amount of shares however IG Group have used the Ex date the 23rd and only given me entitlement to Y

The ex date is normal two days before the record date.

Would it be possible that POLX have got the EX date and the Record date incorrect in their RNS

EX date the 20th May. Record Date 23rd May.

Iv got IG Corporate Actions looking into it.

IG are using the EX date for open Offer entitlement rather than the Record Date.

Surely this is Incorrect as Peeps buying on the 22nd May the day after the announcement of the fund raise would be entitled to the open Offer as the ex date was the 23rd.

Worth noting they have only 6-9 Months of cash not ideal when negotiating

Thing is as he explained in the presentation its not a popular sector and companies are not jumping through hoops to do a JV. Imho any JV wont be on great terms.

Imho Mangrove are pinning their hopes on a large discounted placing.

Considering they purchased their own rig to save money, the company are burning through a crazy amount of cash

Price follows volume and looking at the volume you statement is BS

And theres 12 times more shares in issue

You talking out of your ass 5p would give a MKTCAP of £250 M

Not even remotely justified until they are in production.

Note between now and production there's gonna be a shed load more dilution.
