Its a shame Lifearc never put any investment into GDR

IMHO i think there was a major disagreement between Miele and Cheek to the point one needed to leave.

As Gilham and Miele had been buddies for 10 Years at GDR,

Gilham backed Miele.

Wrong move given GDR was at the commercial stage.

LOL i dont think they need an Electrical Engineer.

All things a side Stephen im simply questioning the logic behind the move.

Well we are going to see how Miele does switching roles as a Chief Scientific Officer driving a design team, to a CEO focusing on commercial sales and driving a sales team.

Imho hes well out of his depth.

Lets give him to the end of the year. im looking forward to his first interview.

Miele was appointed to the Board at the same time as J Cheek.

Why was there a need to promote the Chief scientific Officer to the board makes no sense ??

Choochie GDR where in a woeful financial mess way before Cheek arrived. In fact he had to make sense of the mess and get out of the CLNs caused by the previous Management including Miele

I more than happy buying and holding. They have two excellent products in commercialisation and with a MKT CAp of £12M

Im questioning Miele appointment and Cheek leaving as the company moves to focus 100% on commercial sales.

If you look at Cheek and Miele CVs who would any diagnostics company employ as a CEO to drive commercial sales, as a scientist Miele wouldnt even get an interview,

Why do you think TOp companies have a Design team and a commercial team ?

My guess is that Miele was surplus to requirements as the shift in company focus moved from design /approval to commercial.

Miele was redundant and should have walked instead Cheek was made the scapgoat.

Imho i think Investors agree.

Imho this was the start of the problem. Promoting Miele to the board , why did he throw his toys out of the pram when overlooked for the ceo position.

This is all starting to look like Miele stitching up James Cheek with the chairmans backing

Development Manager has also left. Miele in experience causing problems ?

Im asking questions as James Cheek walking just doesnt add up and is certainly not in the best interest of the company.

we are left with a scientist heading commercial sales. Ouch

Things James Cheek has a shed load more experience than Miele around commercialisation that was his background.

Miele knows SFA hes a scientist.

At this stage the company needs a CEO to drive sales not a bloody scientist.

Imho there has been a major falling out between Cheek and Miele
