Iceclimber the market has lost faith with this company sometime ago. Nothing has ever come through to fruition. The company has been a shambles and has only ever disappointed investors. The market learnt long ago that RG cannot be trusted with his words. If LiBriFrac becomes the drilling technology used throughout China then the future looks good, if not its just another small drilling company.

omedome the market has lost all trust in the company. There has been major selling here for months. The market knows that India has hit the skids yet the company keeps quite. I think Essar has become a major embarrassment to RG. However by keeping quite about a major contract that is obviously in trouble is a big big mistake. In fact GDL should be held accountable.

Consideration has to be given to the potential loses and gains from each individual. Someone who has a potential loss of £1000 is going to struggle to put £500 towards legal fees whereas someone with s potential loss if 50-100 K would be obviously more willing
