the RNS I was looking for states something like We anticipate production of 10K by January. I want to find out the timescale from that info until EDL admitted only 4K coal production per month

10K coal production by Jan but every time I try and access an RNS I get the following message:- The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred. Can anyone access the RNS's? I am trying to see the timescale from stating 10K by Jan and the date of the RNS.

EDL and Sinohydro with regards to the MOU and BFS. Am I correct in saying should EDL use the BFS after a split from the tie up with Sinohydro, would mean that EDL having to pay Sinohydro $1M?

It could be Sinohydro who could have invoked this, after seeing how bad EDL is getting on with mining the coal? I do not think either have done this, all I was saying is there is a $1M if EDL leaves and wants to use the BFS...

RNS, you would know where a figure of $1M is mentioned. Here is a hint It is estimated that Sinohydro will incur costs of approximately US$1 million on BFS, and to terminate either can give 2 months notice.

The RNS's prior to the last 2 are quite encouraging until you get to the 27th April and then the 8th May. These 2 destroy the outlook for EDL, and, if they are to be believed, then every year on, come the rainy season which will cause severe production and delivery problems due to the wind down in production levels? That is unless EDL release another RNS for production levels?

but will the change be for the better? Or will the change be more of the same?
