If there is a WHOPPING RNS I will take back all I have said about Rufus and the BOD,BUT I do not see it coming. He is now saying a year to reach 10KT/M, but I say a year is too long to give him, as the rate at which the SP is declining EDL will be worthless within 3 months...

What I mean is that they reached the summit of their understanding, BUT did not know how to progress after finding the coal, getting the license, etc, so just threw money at it, by having share issue after share issue. The last share issue was the final straw and has not reaped any benefits. I think this will come out at the AGM.

Any further share issues made by EDL will go to the same share holders as normal and we shall be still out of the loop. So I shall be voting against resolution 4 & 5.
