As stated in the announcement on 23 November 2017 the Company is supplying bulk preliminary orders for coal to clients in the East Africa region. These requests have now increased to several thousand tonnes and the Company is busy fulfilling this demand. In parallel, the Company is in detailed discussions on contractual terms with several of these groups and others on potential orders that total over 10,000 tonnes of coal per month. One group is requesting a regular order of 5,000 tonnes per month, whilst two others are requesting 3,000 tonnes each per month. In anticipation of the Company's planned increase in production, and as heavy wet season rains are affecting both production and transport logistics, the decision has been taken to initiate two shifts on the plant to help ensure production can be maximised. The Company looks forward to continuing to provide updates as appropriate during the exciting time in the development of Edenville.

2nd part seemed to have disappeared:- This does not show the management in a good light and it cannot all be due to the rainy season,! What about the coal trial money - sold at "MARKET VALUE"? When did management realise that they would need a new share placing and how was the �740K determined? Also how do we know this is the last one?

Share issue for �1.25M "Management expects the net proceeds of the Subscription to take the Project through to full production and the generation of positive cash flows." This did not last long, how exactly was this money used and why did it only last, at the most, 6 months?

put forward the following??? It makes me wonder why some people are in favour of NOT requesting that the Directors call an EGM BUT first contributing towards preparing a letter that we all send to the Board and for the Board to provide answers at the AGM. As I said before by WAITING FOR an AGM without going down the EGM route first it is the same as "cutting off your nose to spite your face" and I wonder how they can justify that this is in the best interests of all shareholders. As far as I can see if you are a shorter and you want to cause problems for the Company and try to create uncertainty then you would suggest a course of action that is detrimental to shareholders best interests and that is to WAIT FOR an AGM.ALLOWING THE SP TO GO DOWN FURTHER DUE TO THE UNCERTAINTY. Maybe just as feasible as your take??? I am not saying which one is the right route but I think both have their own merit, in their own way.

EDL and Sinohydro with regards to the MOU and BFS. Am I correct in saying should EDL use the BFS after a split from the tie up with Sinohydro, would mean that EDL having to pay Sinohydro $1M?

I think the BOD are aware of the questions from all the emails sent to them this week. You can get certain info on the replies from Jeff and what they think or the SH by the way they keep us updated?? J M T

we have already received then I do not think this will resolve the issue. We need to get the BOD to hand back their options already passed and then get them to buy shares in the company, say �20K each at market reates...

Morning. First post here but been a shareholder for 8 years with my largest holding right now worth around 25K (and no it wasn't me yesterday). I haven't traded EDL much and would be a richer man if I had but I don't think now is the time to start trying to second guess what is going on. For my money the price is going up substantially from here. I have some insight into the large trade yesterday which is in my next post. Yet says been here since 2012??? In my class 2012 and 8 would make 2020? But it is only 2018? are my maths incorrect?
