Tuesday 335.5M
Wednesday 294.25M

And there was a 500M issue

The company dealing with the issue kept a lot of the shares, but lets wait a few days to see if there is an update RNS on "Holding(s) in Company"???? a lot sold????

noadvice4u - so you do not find it strange that in the RNS of 1st April 2019, the first mention of not taking salaries?

Then the next RNS they want shares at face value??? WHY would they not mention it sooner to look good to the SH's???

At least one person appears to have some decency, Arun Srivastava, and is willing for 50% be waived.

Whereas the other 2 Rufus and Jeff, the 2 people who have no such compuncion in fleecing even more of the company assests at a knock down price.

So they have shown their true colour,, and I would be willing to bet they had this up their sleeve since before the RNS of 1st April 2019, which is why they first mention the "not taking their full salary".,. It was to allow for them to sink the SP and then put out a request for shares at cost value as recompense.

Aerial - What are the group looking for? or what are they hoping to do?

Lucky a few weeks ago I decided to only have my bank card and 1 credit card in my wallet. But also my freedom pass. It is going to cost me another £10 for it.

The good thing about Metro is you can go in and get an new card immediately, 5 - 10 minutes. :)

the MAIN thing is he has taken it at a realistic market price unlike a certain RS who wants to line his pockets at a substantial cheap rate.

Aerial - sorry but just got back.

Got as far as Paddington tube, then found out I had lost my wallet, you ever tried to get out a station without a ticket, and and the money to buy one, so I went back to Victoria and managed to convince them about my wallet being taken.

It took forever to get through the bureaucracy and after giving my name and address, and lots of paper work, as I also had to let Oyster know my freedom pass had be taken as well, and my bank car and credit cards.....

We should ALL vote against Rufus/Jeffs robbery from the company.

We still have no proof they are correct, with their calculations.

I will be going to the AGM and asking for proof, just to make sure they did not take it and then paid it back because they came up with a better way of getting more money...

Agree Aerial - an update to the last RNS, should favour the company by re-rating the share price to reflect at least 0.1p

DID NOT ask for shares in lieu of salary when they were 0.12p, but he now expects them at 0.02p

Considering there have been 120M+ shares sold about 25% of yesterdays, it marries up nice to the 25% drop.
