I look to be the only person who voted against Resolution 1

Also against Resolution 2 even though I voted 9+M shares against only 5.5M were noted.

On any winding up of the business, how do the BOD stand on the salary they have outstanding, as they are owed it by the company?

Where has the 1st April RNS gone? I cannot see it on here....

I feel like important info was not disclosed prior to uptake of the oo share issue.

So I am sure that had the info contained in the 1st April 2019 been disclosed earlier less oo share uptakes would have happened.

Why the BOD did not disclose earlier they were, and I am not sure this is true, foregoing their salaries, and the state of play of the finances????

Who bought in at 0.12p during the oo,

To be honest the shares bought by the BOD during the oo was insignificant compares to their annual income.

The net proceeds of the US$750,000 Initial Loan will be used by the Company for:

i) the purchase of a second loader to load the pre-screen plant and coal delivery trucks;

ii) the purchase of a second excavator to open up the new mining area to the north of the current excavations;

iii) the provision of further on-site trucks;

iv)· site lighting to allow 24 hour per day operation;

v) an additional spares package for the site plant and equipment to reduce any delays in production; and

vi) for general working capital purposes as the Company fulfils existing and new coal purchase orders

setting aside the money EDL had to give to Lind out the US$750K, they were left with approx US$700K.

It looks like the money was just thrown at various things to try and increase production, which at the moment does not appear to have worked. This does not include the oo £62K???
