Why on earth would you spend your time on a crappy bb putting your point accross surely you should be doing study and research on something you have vested interest in. Your here rather a lot for someone not betting on it. Its only 50 pence or so over a penny stock category with all that earnings it has and trending etc. You know its going to take off your just not disclosing your inention. You are an intelligent person which makes it even more transparent. Whats it matter to you if people buy it or sell it or go liquid. Go and buy some faang or something and best of luck to you too
Ahh right i must have been mistaken. But i might be right about this being valuable. Who needs that many shares. It wouldnt surprise me if they opened a shell company to hoover up the rest which we own at cheap prices. The directors wouldnt put money in unless it was at least going to double or quadruple surely ? Too many other bargains around doing that.
I noticed someone put tonight that eiffel have 58% Im certain tbey didnt have that much before they had either 52 or 55 percent. I saw it somewhere about a week or 2 ago. If these figures are right it shows they are buyers. they can also control the price with such a holding. We may have something valuable here
RE: Possible reasons for not reporting US update5 Jun 2020 20:27
I listened to radio 2 news whilst driving back in last week or 2 in feb 2020. Trump had visited a facility that had a new type of test. He was loving it. He said its much much nicer than the current test. Then he said it again much much nicer. Thats what lead me to this share. It was about that time this was a top riser. I put 2 and 2 together and thought i was on a winner. But i didnt have the money until about 2 to 4 weeks later. My average is 4.26 I never thought it would go down before it went up a lot. It is possible this is the test trump was loving
But do Eiffel still have the major holding ? The insitutions must have sold at the top. Reason why we are down here with the sp. Its making sense for once
I get what your saying. Theres an anomaly here. Maybe she means public shareholders don't have more than 3%. How do we know your even emailing the correct person and we only have your word for it. You seem genuine but so does other information to the contrary. What are we meant to believe ?
ABN AMRO Group N.V., Asset Management Arm is the second largest shareholder with 9.8% of common stock, followed by Legal & General Investment Management Limited, holding 3.7% of the stock.
So from what i can make out the company issued a new batch of shares at 70 pence to pay its debts diluting our current price so the creditor can then rob our money. Is that even legal it seems bloody cheeky at least. Why were the shares not priced at the current value of issuance. Is this standard practice or have we been swindled
