Its not very often that a falling sp is good for a company. But if the dividend is passed to have a share buy back then the company can buy a lot more shares back.

It looks like we are heading for profit adding £500k in Q1. The £11.9 million in the bank is worth about 3p? a share. If we are heading towards fast profit then all the £11.9+ million will not be required and technically could be paid back. through a divi or share buy back.
