When Octagonal first bought out GIS you can never be sure which way profit are going to go. Hence the fall in sp. In the last couple of years the profits have rocketed and started paying a dividend. These sort of fundamentals are an investors dream.

Put Easy hotel on your watch list. Lots of new hotels coming on line and paying a small divi. Earthport is expanding worldwide another to watch. This share tho ticks all the right boxes and more.

We need some sells. Buying is difficult at the moment.

Oct is next years gem. Sp should be double figures at least.

Dont be confused. All systems go for paying dividends and share buy backs. Profits are increasing the £5m cash pot on a daily basis.

If Lenigas puts a �100m market cap on this stock. That would give us about 17p a share. I agree this should be around 17p.

We will have added more than �500k to the cash pot in profit by the time the divi is paid.

With the �5m cash pot increasing as profits are added to it. The �500k divi is just the start. The sp should be well above 10p.

Only taking £500k out of a £5m pot I would say interim.

Profits over �3 million + we could now easily pay dividends over 10%

One word Amazon. If you invested in Amazon early you would be very rich now.

How much is the cash pot now?

So we still have all the cash pot minus the £500k payout in divis?

I think they spent a few £million clearing up the defered shares. How much has come out the pot to pay this divi? The next divi could be amazing.
