Apparently the Middle Eastern funds are also looking to increase exposure to Britain with Qatar alone looking to invest £2bn.
Preferably straightforward debt ( but possibly convertible bond redeemable at some future point ), could be arranged with these investors ?

I'll soon be able to buy an extra million like the directors for about 2/3 what I paid for the first 825,000 (on which I currently have a near 60% loss) despite constantly averaging down.
I'd rather they just got on and issued the licence to restore some value - no doubt I'm far from alone.
