You're a braver man than me CP - and I have to say you have deeper pockets.My entire portfolio is only ( was only ) £105k.
Still as you say spilt milk etc - tedious as it is the only way I see forward is to wait, find more cash, average down again if the sp gets cheaper and hope for the promised land to be delivered, if only it wasn't always just over the brow of the hill.

Crusty Drewky - 65% loss - down £12900 on shares costing £19800 with an ave of 3.255 after a lot of averaging down - which has always fallen a liitle further behind the drop in sp since I started buying in Feb 2017 doesnt feel like a good place to be.
If ( and I'm starting to pray its right ) we ever see 4p I might, just might, see a small profit, but with another 4 month wait while the sp probably falls further - after 2 years of this continual slide this doesn't feel like a good place to be to me.

Myo used to be a keen allotment holder myself and you're spot on. Used to have the same debate with the old boys ( probably younger than I am now ) years ago.
Turning to SXX paralells hopefully the purchase of shares now is much the same - it may look to be early days but quite possibly a great seed crop for mega returns in the future !

Farmout still may not be signed off until 31 July 2019?
Good job the Tanzanian government aren't trying to facilitate the rapid expansion if their gas supplies and economy, oh hold on.......
On the bright side maybe a chance to topup again and average down more - might even get my ave below 3p at this rate. Not surprised, not pleased, don't want to tie up more money for even longer but can't afford to take a 60% hit so waiting, again.

0.19 or 0.97% is probably 3 or 4 times the usual level - the market doesn't look particularly volatile, volumes are low so I don't see why the MM's need a spread this size, or is it covering yesterdays wierd outcome when the bid was several tenths higher than the sp ?

the day traders are still having their fun. Another day when the sp builds steadily until a few largish sales in the afternoon drive it back down yet again. 3 or 4 guys offloading 100,00 to 200,000 shares make a few hundred quid at best while the rest of us watch another days gain evaporate. Tedious.

We might hope for a preferential offer ( at full price not a discount ) say 1 share for every 20 we hold if there is an equity raise ?
But that is sbout it realistically. I for one would take all I can get .
