Why does the price almost always dive or climb at lunchtime ?
Is it because all the MM's are away from their trading desks or is there another explanation ?

My first focus is still the licence ( selfish but true I'm afraid ).

Time will tell who is right but the thing that worries me most is that if all the die hard no deal brexiteers get their way ( and the majority was very slim ) but the grass isn't greener what do we do then ? Whichever way you look at it this, whole process from the flawed question in the referendum, to the shambles ever since and the uncertainty ahead is a perfect example of the 6p's.
P*ss poor planning = P*ss poor performance. Not a good way to make an immensely important decision or run a country and I fear all our children will live to regret leaving and decry the way it was done, ( if it happens ).

Nevertheless the example of large buys prices rising slowly, others jumping on board, sudden large sells consequent sp drop lots of small PI,s left holding large paper losses while a few huge funds make a killing in both directions also admirably describes SXX performance through the last several years doesn't it ?
Still holding my (paltry) 330,000 shares and waiting patiently for my once 70% profit, current 60% loss - with an average dropped from 25.75 to 20.6 since Sept last, to become a profit once again.

RR same comment as to DHC why can't these deals be seen as they are done ? Level playing field and all that.

A genuine question - so how does that differ from market manipulation ?
If the deals had been transparent and the sp rose there would be lots of happy PI's and a few unhappy II's ( admittedly far more influential and arguably for the company future more important II's ) but it still feels a it like “its the rich wot get the blessings etc.”

The licence is my first focus - Brexit IMO a huge mistake.

I do actually get the times but had not seen the paper when your link and Freds transcription came up. I now have it and rereading a sceond time think as others have said there isn't much new there. Sams comments weren't worth responding to IMO.
Looking forward hopefully, to next week when, if the reports about positive bond markets and take up are correct, we should surely expect news on the bonds.

Fred16 thanks for the info. Not sure how accurate this is and I always regard the times as a fairly hostile source but definitely a couple of possibilities.
FWIW I hope warrants convertible to equity are not required as we are already diluted more than was promised or we expected. That said if its the only way ( I really hope its not ) then needs must.
Hopefully we'll know soon. The bond markets seem to be improving, although from what I can see (our) B rated bonds are not as popular as the majority of those being placed ?
Fingers crossed for a good deal, no more equity or the very minimum we can get away with and a bond placing very, very soon.

ffc Yes - but as they are part of JPM, I believe, and involved in our finance from ST1 I assume they have shorts as a hedge, which if they are reducing them, suggests they think risk is decreasing.
What do you ( and dillondog and jonesrichard ) think ?
