chesh that "strong resistance" was ably assisted by 7 trades between 10:40 and 10:47, all apparently sells totalling 1.4m shares.
5 of them were actually at 10:46 total 1.05m shares, not just a coincidence ?
Looks to me like the market would like to settle at 3.9 at - least until after lunch. It will be interesting to see if the sp can break above 4p and stay there today.

PAAA agreed - the article suggests an outline may be in place, but a done deal is a way off yet IMO.
A decent bit of guidance, with an early win programmed ( funding method to complete mainshaft ) and a clear path to the rest would go a long way to help the sp and our chances of staying in the FTSE250. That might be possible by December - but I think it would be too optimistic to hope for more - and I am an optimist.

Got it the three exchangeable bonds 23/05/2027 for 192m, 41m and 87m (total 310m) have become
two exchangeable bonds 23/05/2027 for 128m and 111m (total 239m) = a reduction in bonds of 71m.
There is an increase in the Equity swap 14/09/2021 from 67 to 87m shares.

As I read it aside from the 7m shares (short) ? Citi seem to have pushed back their equity swaps a little further and judging by the totals reduced the 447m in the 02/10 RNS to 386m in todays.
Not sure if this is important and I can't reconcile the totals - it seems to me only a reduction of 21m is accounted for in the individual headings whereas the total suggests 61m ?
Am I missing something ? What is the likely impact, if any, of this change ?

Durban checked your history - just 128 posts 27 of them in the last month all on SXX all negative.
We get it you don't think the share us a good investment. Many LTH nursing large paper losses nay disagree. I am one its not over until the fat lady sings and with an 80% loss on 400,000 shares my choice is to wait and see what happens. Either it will recover, undoubtedly with more dilution and less return than we hoped, or it won't. We all made a choice. I'm sticking with mine is done one way or the other. GLA LTH

Citadel very smartly increased yesterday by 0.46% - do they have friends at Berenberg ? How did they know, just luck I suppose.
Highbridge have had the decency to drop their position by another 0.11 to only 1.72%, glad they're on our side as part of JPM.

jonesrichard - from what I can work out the Liberum note works on an NPV of about £5bn and the sp would be calculated as NPV over shares in issue (which is a difficult number to judge) however here is a stab at it.
With 7bn shares the figure comes out at about 71p ( 68p was the maximum figure in Liberums note).
Assuming we have to raise $300m say £250m at 4p per share ( which might prove optimistic currently ) we would have another 6.25bn shares in issue so 13.25bn total. At that level a £5bn NPV so 5 over 13.25 the figure comes out at 38p rounded to the nearest whole number, which is the minimum in the Liberum note. On that basis 20p looks achievable and in time somewhere between 38p and 68p is Liberums forecast if finance is sorted. In reality these figures will not be achieved quickly, if at all and the 20p may take some time even if finance is sorted - although we have all seen the share spike several times before.
Like you I remain positive but I do think we need to rein our expectations - short term we will do well to achieve 20p and long term a maximum may be 60 to 70p with 13.25 bn shares in issue, if that actually happens.
GLA LTH - I'm holding but as always DYOR and don't be swayed by opinion - check the facts.
If anybody disagrees or can add to the calculation always interested to get feedback - if it wasn't for wwguk and taufor I would have no idea how to run the calculation.

As you say much guesswork on all sides but basically a waiting game. Still in, topped up a little to nibble at the average, not selling - no point now IMO plus, more than anything, I want to see this through regardless.GLA LTH.

Andrew4444 a lth still in with an ave of 18.8. - a 10 bag from here would see me make an approx 40% profit not quite the return we all hoped for. After 5 years in my case and longer in many others that would be a relief and a huge disappointment.

Appychap so for that reason (amongst others) we would be well advised to hang on to our shares, thus forcing the sp up ( good for us ) and, even better, burning the mercenary tykes !
Just IMO - they're all lovely chaps really I'm sure after all, who wouldn't want to effectively rob pensioners of their life savings ?
