Does anyone know how much the directors have secured loans? also does the IP belong to HML or the directors? If the directors own the IP, then we may as well delete HML. IF the IP belongs to HML, then we may get a little back. Heres hoping......

I Hear you. You are obviously a lot more clued up on hml than me, but good idea, get a round up of shareholders and put a bid in to the receiver for the IP , make Knight dont get it. Then resale it to recoup our losses. But do you think the debt to the directors is more than what their holding is worth? surely it would make sense to sell the IP to the highest bidder? who knows, not me obviously!!

RNS UPDATE, all may not be lost. the directors are also shareholders, like to think the more they can salvage for themselves, the more we get too. IF ANYTHING!!

Ive been caught out too, but keep getting this positive feeling amongst the worst news. I wander if this will force a deal? the receiver maybe will be able to sell the IP for more than HML could? maybe too much hope. oh well we will see. Good luck guys.

directors loans getting smaller is not an indication that their funds are running out, IMHO. if it is that would be a fantastic show of confidence. I think the amounts getting smaller means that the deal is getting closer and wont need any more. I hope im right.

Thanks for your views mate. Been watching to get in here for a few months now, since the LOI. I bought in at .012p on last weeks drop. Then the RNS saying know of no reason for fall, and it went back up a little. I thought i got it spot on. Then Rns says actually dont know when deal may happen. Kind of made the deal smell a little. All said and done im in now for 1 mill shares. and to sell now 30% down seems hardly worth trying to salvage. Im gonna stick with it. I think your right, if it goes up it will boom. if not it will bust. RED OR BLACK. but higher odds if it comes in. Looks like there are higher gains than potential losses here. Was a punt and ive got feeling it will pay off. Thanks and good luck all.
