Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
I am struggling to understand how a government dept could have insinuated to such a degree that abdx has increased production rates and hired staff , odx I believe have been lent machinery to cope with requirements and a consortium formed and bugger all has been forthcoming.
What happened to the huge tender in the spring?
Some mention of institutional investors has me thinking how I (me not you) think I want KDNC to progress. I'm sure there are many who don't care for my opinion but I would appreciate if you don't belittle or criticise , as I say , its my ideal.
I would love to think we are able to self fund going forward, it has been nice not to suffer a placing in a while, though of course the recent award of options is the equivalent. Perhaps the board ,Once they have taken the options, should be required to sell them if further funding is required ,to KDNC at set % gain , by way of the share buyback that was touted.
I really like company share buybacks., the only time I haven't is with TSG where the share holders appear to have had a beaut of Co stolen.
I haven't been invested here since the Co was taken over by Leni( we were still in music /entertainment industry though) ,I bought in on the initial lithium train, pretty much at the last station before it started back down leaving me with potentially a big loss. I have done well and am pleased I stuck with this company, my investment in this investment Co has allowed me to take some profit when work has been slow. Having been promised a fast tracked lithium mine it now seem that a less glamorous iron ore mine could be the dividend payer. With some more luck and using his expanding education and list of contacts, not to mention the lessons learnt regarding being shafted in a minority jv this investment vehicle is looking quite promising. No doubt there are some disgruntled share holders, but this high risk Co looks set to deliver high returns fairly soon and that is what I signed up for, I will surely be disappointed if we are be bought out as a company. Selling investments is what it says on the can, it has been hard to stomach sells to pay wages and general running costs, but how else can we function until the investments are sustaining organic growth.
I really hope this Amapa project is the making of us and in doing so strengthen our hand with Sonora. The EMH holding has done us proud as have the less mentioned holdings that we have used to stop us drowning .
Sonora was my get rich quick buy, Amapa will hopefully line my pockets for a decade.
Waffle waffle waffle ;-)
There are a good few names here who deserve to hold there head and weep to be honest.
There are of course some who portrait stock market acumen and understand the ins and outs.
I put my hands up and can say I chased the rainbow to end up here. I like to think I will meet the leprechaun pretty soon and then, being as I have all my holding in an isa, I shall sit and smile and perhaps enjoy a filthy cigar in my sanctuary whilst congratulating myself about my savey investment.
Urraca, all rather disappointing at the mo. I admit I had never heard of any of the companies that have risen to prominence due to covid and had to search for Abingdon when I read about the 'group'. First buy at just over a £ and up to £1.30 in no time, the Good law gang pulled the rug out with their claim of underhanded shenanigans . I put a bit more in and then the recent rns regarding profit warning scuppered me again .
These guys seem to clean to be on AIM, many press /social media /investor departments would have managed to word such 'failings' into positives . We really need a more proactive news department, right or wrong they need to understand what it takes to buoy the share price. What is happening with DHSC payments ? Pump up the volume. I really think we are unknown in investor circles. This really is a golden buy in price but any newbie looking in might take some convincing.
