AIB RNS confirmed that they are cancelling these shares once, that being 8.2% of issued shares.

I would have thought buying back 8% of the issued shares would have made more of an impact……given the hysteria around BOI’s limp efforts……or maybe BB’s don’t really move a SP after all?

IMHO, BB are having little or no effect on the SP, the market moves are as always the main factor, messing around with Micky Mouse daily BB’s in the middle of a full blown market effect is a pure waste of time, if BOI had balls they would go big!

I see that STP, I just don’t get the all shares are bad reaction, some shares must be better or worse than others? It seems it’s just if I have a share I am going to bale…..regardless of the actual reason J hold that share in the first place?

So, in short it’s the gambling guys that are baling out as they don’t really know why they have the shares in the first place?
