I agree can just see this jumping 230/250 in the week leading up to sep 15th then back down to 195 avg. Until this company is bought up or moved state side I cant see much happening

Anyone know why this SP is getting stuck around the 83-86 mark the past few days, stale bulls maybe? So anyone think its still set to increase or just go down from here?

I am sure many a fine fellow could start their own successful company if they were given millions in capital and personally advised by a CEO (who is simultaneously their father). Please inform me how this man could have better placed his words as to stimulate this stock, the sophisticated rhetorician that he is.

MAB has very strong fundamentals; it's a huge firm that owns an enormous amount of property, the only thing however which may counteract the SP increase -even once it is revealed how much they've raked in from this eat out to help out- is the debt on the balance sheet.
These prices are still nevertheless very cheap for a company like this which will no doubt return to £3.50 next year once society has returned to normal (just look at the broker targets)

Anyone else think there is far too much doom and gloom in the media over the housing market? I hate how they do this, they're the ones stopping this share price hitting £1 if anything. Why are they like this when people having been sitting on cash all year, massive backlog, moving away from cities, building houses ect.

Shocking, hopefully a high net worth investor with a few more brain cells can buy this stock, would be great to have say a 1m buy in

I have a real philistine doubt that if there was to be a second wave that human society would react in the same way, even economically speaking such re-closures would not be viable. I think a vaccine is indeed more likely than a second wave, at which point we'll we see all stocks gyrate upwards.

Oh how fantastic a daddy's boy CEO with the intellectual capacity of a gnat has advertised this stock in a manner that is no more comprehensible than a bird that had tweeted such a noise.

It's levelled out between 83-85, the highs are over for now- even if twice as many shares have been bought than sold- just wait for the power hour at 3pm then we'll see a spike above 90 I hope

Every chance this will hit 100 today now, surely next trading update will be very positive in September push it to 120+

Then again I suppose the housing Market is still going through a boom and purp is a popular choice at the moment given its model

Really hope this doesn't pummel the share price

Just profit taking I'm sure or people getting cold feet, I'm still certain for 100-120 given the current housing market

Seems as if the support is there- given the positive news/sentiment hopefully 100-120 over the course of the week

-What interesting times, people who have needed/wanted to move house all year are now buying! Many people who are now remote working are moving to the countryside as places in the West Country & Mid Wales are seeing record high sales!

I believe the 3Q results next month will be positive, given the high number of people eating out to help out and will break this SP above the 150-170 stalemate it's been in the past few months.
What do people think?

Anyone think the report next month will push the share price above the deadlock of 230p? Will it create another significant jump like was seen in 2019?

Lets get realistic, sub 300 could definitely be the case today and maybe for a short while but what is certain is that there WILL be a gradual increase back to £5/6. This is regardless of a vaccine because the company has been ASSURED by the German Govt. that it is to survive, I am holding since I am still convinced these are multi-bagger prices, I hope people look back on this 2021/22 when its over £10 again and pat themselves on the back for holding/averaging down/
