Notrader, yes I believe you made a statement that maybe you 100% didn't believe, in my opinion, don't remember the details as I am not one to dig up the past for a grudge, hell after the way I was treated a while back I would need a special custom build database to keep record lol, can't always take things to literal on hear as it is typed word not spoken word, and meaning get lost if you can't read between the lines sometimes and I am as guilty as any. If I upset you I apologise as I said earlier diplomacy is not my strong suit but I am very fair to all sides of an argument , usually, but we all have bad days. I try not take it personally, if I did I wouldn't have last 5 minutes in here. It is just a sounding board, to gauge mood and sentiment and pick up some interesting technical stuff from people I may not always like but have knowledge and skills I don't.

Dip as I stated earlier I welcome being challenged that's how we learn, no one knows everything about the markets and everyone makes mistakes and if I am proved wrong on something then I have learned something new and I only see that as a positive. Too many yes men sheep on here , they don't help anyone, we learn from apposing opinions being debated, and I expect everything I say to be questioned as I would question others, though sometimes we all totally agree with what someone says, rare but it happens lol. Talking of rare just watched an item on rare earths that sounded very interesting, Vital Metals if anyone is interested in an Aussie rare earth play, I don't hold , just finished an interview which I enjoyed.

Dip, yes he has a vision of investment, but not all shareholders are willing to wait and as you say are looking for dividends like Glencore are providing

Zoros, yes that is also a possibility, their own share price is not at its best and books not at their strongest so the plot may thicken

Notrader, my understanding from GGP was that all the registers were linked on a digital system and within reasonable accuracy any of the share register companies can pull together a fairly accurate assessment of the make up of shareholdings.PI probably the most transparent as bought via a broker in a SIPP ISA or Trading account money via a bank account, I agree other institutional or organisation type buys are less transparent, but it is the PI holding we need to know. Maybe GGP have misinformed me, as I say I believe nothing I am told hence I would like to see the register document for myself.

I was hoping to go but was a filthy night so I didn't, but have watched a few recent presentations and I have to say it is shaping up nicely.

Redirons, I hope so, I don't have the luxury of my biggest buys being at early low prices , my fault I know, but I have invested a lot and my average is 17p so I have a lot of skin in the game to be concerned about as I sure do many others. But I am warming to SD and he has shown a bit of bite recently and I like that.

How do you think you can get sent new IPO listing on new markets or spin off company shares directly with no input from you.

Redirons, yes that is cool, we all have an opinion and I am open to having my ideas questioned as I am open to others raising their ideas and concerns to have them questioned, I am not for trundling along in ignorant bliss following the crowd when I have a very large amount of my personal cash at stake, I like to have my ideas challenged for the good of all , that is the only reason I post here.
