SD was unusually open in his Sunday roast interview, until it came to SP current value and he wouldn't be drawn. There is a reason for that, I think Mr SD may enjoy the odd game if poker.

Hydrogen yes I agree Plural.

DIP I would image SD has had his own independent valuation done, he strikes me as a man who likes to be over prepared, I believe he built a garage just for loo roll.

Canary well we have proven there isn't only one type of fix lol. What I do know is we have a s..t load of gold in the ground and a gold price that is predicted go go mental in coming years. So it is all noise really, I just want to keep my cash cow.

The SP has been on a downward trend since January 4th last year, of course there is manipulation here, but for the first time in that year we made a new higher low and we retested a resistance level. So maybe the tide has turned, if not now then soon .

Canary, a lot of successful money making ventures have directors that can't stand the sight of each other and that is what helps keep them successful, being nicey nicey and amicable isn't necessary the recipe for a successful business, it can lead to complacencies, most very successful people I know are not nice people in the board room, but they are all very wealthy. A very wealthy director I know would tell stories of regularly coming to blows in the boardroom with fellow directors, they hated each other, but all had a healthy respect for one another, they are all very wealthy now.

Paddy, I hope you are right.

Sanground, agree, this is a very important 5%, if they do get it make them pay big for it, if the two sides agree then I think we will be well on the way to take over discussions before production. I hope they don't get it and we don't get taken over unless a very big number. I have always wanted to own a cash cow.

Dip, thanks again and I do get all that, but until a machine can be the practitioner people are open to be influenced by anything they hear irrespective of guidelines, it is human behaviour, I am just saying use the time to make sure there is plenty for them to hear. You have just proved my point by adding your background data and making me and probably anyone else reading it more interested in what you have to say.

Paddy , Dip, my take( and I like to take things back to basics) is it is about transparency and the independent valuer must take into account ALL existing or Potential mineralisation, so any delay can only increase your opportunity to present further data. It is an objective process so open to practitioner interpretation, so make sure he has plenty to interpret. Just my take

Thanks Dip, much appreciated, strange how different people can read and listen to the same information and have a different understanding of what was meant. However loading your argument with as much indicative and factual information guiding towards your intended goal can only help it to be realised. My take is that is exactly what SD is doing behind the scenes, his public face is that of a politician working hand in hand with NC, but I don't believe what he says is always what he is doing. But it is interesting how different people perceive the same info. When things are open to interpretation then load the persuasive arguments in your favour, play the game.

Dip, yes I get all that, at the end of the day, listening to SD talk my take is he favours arbitration and my understanding of how the Valmin code is implemented is that they will use every piece of information available to them. At the end of the day none of us know how either scenario will work out monetarily but I know which one I believe stacks the odds better for us long term and better long term outlook should mean a higher buy out price should NC favour that route and why wouldn't they, we have what they want.

Notrader, each to their own ideas, I would rather keep as much as we can for as long as we can until we have a better idea of what we have. NC I am sure are keen to own as much as they can as cheaply as they can before we can find out what we have and how cheaply we parted with some of it. Cant blame them, but SD job is not to make it too easy/cheap for them.

Josh, I don't agree, they want Havieron and the are spending $181.4m to expand Telfer to keep it open until Havieron is producing. They will pay top value but they may need some gentle persuasion to get there, that is where SD comes in and I am sure he is in no rush to sell the 5% at the moment if at all.

Zoros, personally l don't want them to agree, I want SD to value as high is he thinks he can get away with then add some for good measure, the longer this drags out the better for GGP. The further down the road we kick the can the more info the independent valuers will have to look at for their assessment. This part of the contract wasn't good business, don't think SD likes it but has to deal with it. My impression is he doesn't want to agree, but has to go through the motions.

Redirons, yes very, I have contacted them asking for an explanation and the post be reinstated, I can only assume H & Friends quietly working together to control the board as usual, and they don't like their previous behaviour brought to attention as they are now preaching what they attacked me for saying back in October. Strange lot of individuals they are even promoting that same language on twitter now, I wonder if they regard themselves as trolls
