Here he is ! Lol ! Whenever the share drops (which happens ) he pops up

On the days it goes up he is never seen. Maybe those are the days he plays golf , xbox or robolox ?

Or its just a coincidence ?

(There was no slagging off those that took profit . That is the name of the game. Only hindsight will show how good those decisions are)

I wonder if it is a way you to cope with a share price drop... you are dissapointed

Surely it must be a redible approach otherwise they would have kicked it to the curb by now ? (Is that right? ) my thinking is…. It would look bit silly waiting weeks to dismiss a poor offer / as acting like that would not helpful them in future negotiations surely ?

Thought you would be too busy counting your money to be interested in attempting to wind others up. Not a 6k payday today I presume.. But looks like it worked to some degree. Congrats if that was your intention .

I only commented on thr 6k because I couldnt understand why in your post you were calling people bitter.

Read my posts back and ask yourself... am I really interested in his view of x or y... No. (You and most others would say ) THE EXACT THING APPLIES TO YOUR VIEWS that audioboom is x or y. No one is interested. Post a link . Post a chart. Everyone would love to see that. Regardless of what the information infers. Dont just post your inner thoughts.

I did have a laugh when I assumed you had just opened a short position when the share price was 620 (it shows the price) and you posted...."Maybe get in lower than 600 as it has lost its momentum. A couple of more sells and it will soon drop"

Let us be honest... you cant be that confident in your decisions /trades if you feel have to share them with this bulletin board. Is a post like that done just to pass the time or is it to help generate a bit of support for that view ....oh now i see

Always good to hear opposing opinions on a bulletin board although personally think it would be better if the only thing that could be posted was links or posts. Often posts have blatant agenda. Think time will tell if you are right. But if I can give my view (yes I get the irony...see if my bias is as easy to spot as yours lol ) I dont think any company would engage in the process of approaching audioboom as a way to pay the time/ something to do so there must be something in it. How much they will pay is the million dollar question. The owners of audioboom dont need the money (check out how wealthy the shareholders already are) so there is no chance the company will ever change hands for 6.50 it will either go for a load more in the short term (off the back of this offer period/ if deal done) or they wont sell in the short term and it will drop if it is announced they are not selling (how much who knows... but it does not really matter because they wont sell it cheap anyway ). .. and then in n months or years time nick candy and Co will sell at a value that gives them their big pay day and the big announcement he is looking for (which Will be at a price that is way more than what it is today).

Does anyone know if there Is a time frame within which a subsequent update has to be provided?

Or is it just they let the market know when an outcome has been determined/ decided ?

Rather than use this board repetitively for a dumping ground for your unsubstantiated thoughts why not use your expertise or insight to share

-news articles or links that have likely not been seen by most users

- statements of fact from Audiobooms board of directors or other Company Boards (other company statements). Good news and bad news is both welcome.

That is what a Bulletin board is supposed to be for.

If that is too just much…. sell your shares and move on. It is all very apparent that either you are waiting for it to drop to buy more … (fine)… shorting the stock (fine. It is allowed)…. Or got nothing better to do than post your inner thoughts.

The only vacious unsubstantiated opinions me and others are actually interested in is from someone who is known widely to be Wealthy to such a significant degree that their view will impact the price or market sentiment….. …. You are not such a person …. … so how about we try just for a week only post content where there is a chance that the reader will think….. wow i didnt know that .

This is an Audioboom chat board. If you timed another share purchase correct… unless it was audioboom no one cares. Actually Even if it was audioboom… no cares then either !! how insecure does someone have to be to seek feedback or acknowledgement from others over an earlier decision.

Buy the stock , or sell the stock … no one is really interested in what you decide. Just make a decision and act on (i am sure you would the right thing)…. Endlessly commenting on your inner thoughts of what may happen /or what is about to happen … doesnt absolve the risk or change anything.
