Agreed AP, really interesting to see now where we go from here and what the next news update will be.

My finger was hovering on the buy button at 4.25 - was very tempted for a little top up. Decided against, will just wait and see how this plays out. But exciting times ahead. Hoping my conservative analysis comes good - expecting a bit of a rise based on the new company and assets held. Worth remembering that the new shares issue are all locked up for a while!

Probably somebody sat in the meeting this morning executing trades from their phone!

just so all are clear I mean to say it would be valued at 0.12-0.14 pre consolidation prices, and 12-14p post consolidation. The outcome of this morning's meeting should be released shortly confirming the deal has been accepted.

0.1p maybe, but we have the natural wall at 0.075 now for the placing (or 7.5p next week). My analysis leaves this valued at about 12-14p next week.

Buys now at 0.08!

Big day tomorrow, start of a new chapter.

Somebody did sell about 10m shares so makes sense. Don't expect any upward movement until next week!

having had a look at the admission document in detail I think we will be looking at a slight re-rating at the start of June if this gets approved. Something in the order of up to 0.14-0.15 in we were to talk about it at today's price. That's taking into account the business that we are going to become and the revenue generating capacity that we will have. Thoughts?

Yeah and a business that will be valued at £9m, on £2.5m revenue and basically zero profit - going to have a look at how that compares to anything similar in the market.

Slightly more I would of thought, 98m for the acquisitions, 10m for the placing used as working capital and 12m from the existing shareholding. Eitherway doesn't feel like a bad deal considering the placing shares are coming in at 0.075p, and then we actually have a company to build from! See you all on 2nd June and we can get this moving!

Some will come from Organic growth but the strategy will be to pursue further acquisitions - either way good to actually get this morning, will lose a small fraction in the rounding down but overall I am happy with this. It's not clear to me as to if these new shares are being sold at 7.5p after the consolidation or before, most likely the former making them worth about 0.075p a share.

Interesting to see what share options are still outstanding, over a hundred million, but the average price is 3.2p

yeah and if anything this is now a better time to invest, all of the negative elements of the RNS are unrelated to what this company is now. For me this is about having a look at how much money was being spent July - Dec, and how much money was remaining to continue with the new strategy. The message for delivering on that strategy is pretty positive.
