If I had been sat on the sidelines watching this stock as a PI I would now take a lot of confidence from the fact a major organisation such as Henderson has bought it. Will be able to see what they think of the stock based on if they ever sell down below 3%, but for now they must see some upside to have invested nicely in this.

I agree given the placing in November I would hope that money should carry until any deal is done. Hard to work out exactly what there expenses are over the period since the last results stem from the Social Go era. They raised about 60k a month to cover them until start of March. I hope for a deal by then.

825m ties is with the TLDH website, which says it was updated on 4th Feb.

With the name change how does a circular to shareholders work? Is that distributed through my broker? How would I find out about it? Only been trading for about 6 months now so this is new to me.

Yeah - doesn't seem to have had much of an impact on the SharePrice, quite small numbers at the moment. Don't blame them though, no news since the placing. When we get the opposite x 10 then we will know something is up!

Bonum - lets not get too excited about the auction just yet - we haven't had confirmation that we are involved, and I think it is a shame that this RNS didn't confirm we are involved as they have done in the past. Would have been the perfect opportunity to say so, and avoid the confusion / dissapointment we had last time.

Yeah I think you are right, I'm not very good at waiting, took up investing as a hobby but fully invested in stuff that isn't really moving around! need to find a new hobby
