One should never sell after the Xdiv date as another div will probably be announced by Sep or Oct. If you want to sell, the best day would be on the 30th Aug at 52 weeks high if possible. If you sell after the Xdiv day, you will be entitled to the dividend but your holding will fall by the same percentage of the div.

From a business report about the Hong Kong real estate market, it is due to be corrected. Share prices fell but only a small percentage. As real estate in Hong Kong counts as one of the most expensive in the world as Hong Kong is so small, I believe that share prices are indeed going up at some point.

For some reason I bought when the share price was at 26 pence but somehow i paid 24 pence per share. Good time to buy.

Share price is likely to go up, as the company has a strong financial sheet,low debt and big profit.

Selling High Before the X day and buying as Low on the X day will bring you a bigger value than the dividend. I usually do this and it works better for me. I just can't wait for the dividend cash to reinvest,as the share price can become expensive by the time these div funds are available to invest. Mr INFINITY, great posts sir.
