Tlw partner with the Kenyan government on this project, simple.

J Bond, I suggested starting a company with the Kenyan Government a couple of years ago.

The Kenyans would like to see the back of TLW, but there issue is that any deal is better than no deal for TLW.

Some on here stated that the tax dispute would be resolved by H2 ?

TLW will do well to keep more than 5% of this project - but reclaiming their costs will be significant.

Where are the experts who got excited when this touched 40p, they didn't realise that hitting a 52 week high is part of the pump and dump game.

Kenya will probably go ahead, but will TLW be involved ? That is the question.

Why is it so hard for some on here to realise that the company was restructured to look after the big boys and at the expense of sp growth.

Why would anyone rely on the Kenya project, it's been going on for over a decade and TLW couldn't even sell it on the cheap.

Anton, it was taken up to 40p for no good reason - as I pointed out at the time. No it's approaching a more realistic price.

This won't go bust, it was restructured to look after the big players, hence the dismal SP.
