I sold mine soon after the restructure was announced.
I think my holding (from the Rodime days) was so small it would have been wiped out.
I got 17.42p which seemed a good price. Used a free trading credit so no fees, which helped.
Could be a shakeup coming.
Resolution 6 - Report on Directors' Remuneration
The Board notes that the advisory vote on the Directors' Remuneration Report did not receive the required majority number of votes to pass. Prior to the AGM the Remuneration Committee conducted an extensive consultation with the Company's largest shareholders regarding the Directors' Remuneration Report. The Remuneration Committee values the feedback they have received on the Company's remuneration arrangements and will continue to engage constructively with shareholders.
I'd held these for years, bought at 333p.
I saw Naked Trader mentioning these as a trading range share.
Sold mine at 239p for a loss, but keeping an eye for a re-entry price.
Missed the last one, but might have a go on any future dips.
Seems to regularly swing 210p - 240p. Several 30p bites far more likely to get my money back than waiting forever to get back to 333p.
For anyone unsure of how it works, this is a good explanation.

I bought at 122p in Sept 2020, so I'm sitting on a substantial loss.
5% yield doesn't look so good with current interest rates. It's a lot lower (more like 3%) if I calculate as % of my price paid.
I can't see anything coming that would cause a big rise, my initial idea of this as an income investment isn't working, so looks like I might cut my losses and use the money elsewhere.
"Despite our strong numbers, I am aligned with Shareholders in believing that the fundamental value and opportunity of the Company fails to be reflected in the current share price. As a result, we have been working with the Board, following consultation with many of our largest Shareholders, on a number of options to enhance Shareholder value. We look forward to updating the market prior to the AGM and the Continuation Vote."
I wonder what those options are.
I'd like to see clarification of the Blackstone HSC situation.
I think that's what holding this back, it's just not clear to me exactly how the setup works.
When I first invested it seemed clear, but now it seems like I don't benefit fully from the deals being done, and can't help thinking I've been conned.
I don't think there's enough volume for any meaningful analysis.
I'm still in. It's only a small holding so I'm gambling on there being some interest soon, but wouldn't be surprised if I lose the lot.
My question is are the directors buying because they have faith in the company, or because they're trying to halt the slide and protect the investment they already have?
