Things like the weather are obviously out of their hands, but things such as delaying the AGM/Divi for whatever reason is just another example of what should not be happening.

Phil, yes I think from memory reading some of the articles, the company owned estates have the newer engineered plants versus the smallholders who will just have what has been there since year dot. The company plantations are nearing maturity - according to the recent conference call brochure.

Of more immediate concern, what has happened to the Dividend and AGM announcements?

Why no news on the Divi / AGM yet? Both announcements later than last year.

cj, where did you see/hear this please? At the AGM last year, from memory, they specifically asked for the option to be able to buy back.

Morning Phil, yes I believe you are correct and will look in to this more later. Whether we have hit the bottom yet nobody knows, I have given up trying to fathom out the thought process of DKL shareholders. I added a few last week against my better judgement, but will still look to add a few more at these prices, even though I was already at my sensible limit here. We had record months in both December and January off the back of a record Q1 17. As long as the large shareholders are staying put, so am I. If others are prepared to lose tens of thousands on a profit making, dividend paying AIM stock, then good luck to them. I will attempt to weather the storm. The board has a lot to answer for at the AGM, once they finally get round to announcing it.

The board should also concentrate on getting Ayenouan to full capacity, even if it means hard labour planting the seeds themselves. Put the vanity projects on the backburner.

No point having an option to buy 50 whatever percent of the cashew nuts business if there is nothing to fund it with from Ayenouan proceeds.

Stop the issuing of yet more shares. As CJ said, buy them back at these prices, re issue later at higher price if need be. The board were given the OK to do so at last years AGM.

dbentley, we know you have been a long time supporter of DKL and not a pumper/dumper.

You are correct that the SP has drifted downwards on retail sales. All the major shareholders, as evidenced by their website, haven't sold anything. They haven't bought anything either!

The selling is a few hundred here and a few thousand there.

I thought I was fully stocked up on DKL, but it's now at such a ridiculously low level I may consider some averaging down once this onslaught has subsided.

The July window dressing shows, yet again, why we need more regular RNS's relating to production.

We may have had record production every day for the last 19 days - continuing every day until the end of September - yet, we won't get to hear about it until the back end of October.

I hope to raise this at the AGM if they allow questions to be submitted again.

I agree Phil, it appears we have someone dumping their entire load at present, probably another pumper and dumper ;) Most unwelcome, but possibly the tip of the iceberg.

Whatever happens tomorrow (or Wed?), I certainly will be going nowhere.

Already sitting on a significant paper loss, as I'm sure it will be the same for many. Might as well wait and see what happens as it can't really get any worse at present, or maybe it can.

The fundamentals for investing here have not changed.

I think we can take it as read that is not going to be a record H1. It would be a positive surprise if it is.

The rainfall figures for Q2 from philpott the other day suggest average rainfall overall, with some very dry/very wet weeks.

On the whole, if we can match the 26000 - 28000 tonnes from H1 in both 2016 and 2017, that would be a positive. We were at 13600 after Q1. Remember we have an organic 4500 tonnes to play with in Q2 because of last years downtime.

On the quarterly numbers guessing game, I am going for 14000 tonnes. It will be interesting to see the estimates from regulars here to see what they think.

The current problems are weather related. Both December and January were record months for FFB's, alongside a record Q1 2017. We had the downtime issues in Q2 2017 - resolved and backup boiler (already order before the downtime) installation completed - without that I suspect a record Q2 2017 would have been possible. Q3 was the accounting cock up, I'll give you that. Record Q4 2017. We haven't lost market share.

Once the conditions improve, together with the company owned estates that are now starting to mature, the FFB's should once again be record numbers.

This is a long term stock. If you're going to throw your toys out of the pram off the back of a poor quarter or two, then this probably isn't the right choice for you. Many of us here have held this stock for several years, so are currently nursing substantial losses.

I'm assuming the Evening Standard piece may have spooked some retail investors.

So, on a day of no news (other than the conference call and puff piece 2 days ago), we have as much volume of trades as on the day of the Q1 results. I sense something is afoot.

Disappointing dump this morning at 6.50, but we're really dependent on the Q2 figures at present. Hopefully due out late next week.

Thanks Phil, adding up the total average and taking away the total actual gives us 9.9 more than what was to be expected over the 3 months. It all depends on whether there was enough when needed versus too much when it wasn't.

Just looking through the presentation document. One of the messages to come out of the conference call, and it's highlighted in the document, was that Dekeloil have not lost market share or anything like that regarding FFB. There are "1000's of smallholders providing FFB".

Page 15. RSPO member, certification process looks to be progressing.

Employing over 300 staff, majority local management. School renovation completed in 2015 and hospital renovation completed in 2016. I hadn't heard about the hospital, but this is all good for our reputation in the local area.
