It’s back near the last raise price and the US SPAC deal seems to still be happening because they are still sponsoring/funding the listing costs. Why do that if it’s not gunna happen? I’d suggest it has a similar run into September.

Can’t see this going anywhere anytime soon. with its subsidiary PT Investasi Mandiri (PT IM) under investigation by the Central Kalimantan High Prosecutor's Office for alleged "mega corruption". It also has a $2m tax bill it’s challenging. This won’t just take “days” to sort out!

Used to know this company when Nostra Terra, and was a real basic set up with no real upside, but i've started to hear more about it since the new management came in. Had Zak Mir, Charles Archers and a few other well followed commentators on social media cover it. Could be an interesting recovery play now new management in and while it trades at a fraction of its NPV.

I've not been in it like the rest of you but if looking at this announcement as an outsider its has a lot of potential tbf.

Anyone been following Cel Ai? how they basically have to now move to Aquis to follow through with their bitcoin strategy. I see First Sentinal advised them and also see First Sentinal aligned with SATS. One questions whats the delay with update on the raise?

This is the whole point why they are moving to Aquis - otherwise they would of had to suspend and pull placing. They have not, and the money in snow sitting with Cel Ai.

Aquis dont require a prospectus

Wasnt it Oak Securities that raised the money, they even invested into it...

Ive been told all shares are tradable, nothing is paused or dormant...trade as normal, then listing moves to aquis without any problems. if they didnt get the aquis listing then, yes there may have been problems, but the aquis listing/no need for prospectus means its all trading as normal. the only situation is time lag, guessing they cannot do anything with the money until gm passes.

10p! blimey. There is a retail element - but massive discount really!

All i would say is they done ok with COIN AQ and PR1 LN. Always pretty well discounted it seems - both have had good news flow since raisings and have pushed on since.
