What are you on about?? First tranche shares were issued on day of the announcement with T+5 settlement - and you can sell them at anytime from announcement as long as the sale doesn’t settle before he buy. So 8.01 day of announcement you could sell placing stock T+5.

I don’t think there was much churn as £3m was placed with funds. 1m subject to GM so only £1m could be churned - I’d guess half of those are still holding.

I believe there should be a TR-1 announced withing 2 business days after the admission of the non-GM shares. So admission is 8th May - we should have a TR-1 by eod 11th May. We have that and also a date where MDH suggest a move to AIM, both in the near term. Anyone selling here - whether part of the raise or a LTH are foolish IMO.

The key element of this raise is that £3m of it was done by institutions. which some people may not know - that is huge for MDH, confirms they will be going to AIM in short order as well.

How do you not know by now? that is dreadful. I use a stockbroker. Yes i have slightly higher charges, i got allocation 7.30am this morning, 60%. Also when i deal in other trades I always check my IG account price and the stockbroker improves every time. You also get a direct person to speak to and good intel on deals.

The institutions that bought at 8p, id assume would soak up stock there should it get there again.
