You tape up every joint. Pressure the system(we used N2 but i'd think they'll use Hellium) up to slightly less than the pipework is rated at, I can't remember the actual %, if the pressure holds all is good. If there's a drop in pressure, you snoop the joints, till you find the leak, refix & torque the joint and retest. Thats pretty much what happens in oil production.

An independent study by Dr. Michael Hofmann of AIM GeoAnalytics has confirmed that rock cuttings from the Rudyard wells contain the same minerals that naturally generate hydrogen deep within the Earth-including serpentine, olivine, and magnetite. These minerals occur in mafic and ultramafic rocks, which release hydrogen when they react with water under heat and pressure, underscoring significant potential for geological hydrogen generation at the Rudyard Project.

Complementing these findings, prior isotope analysis by Durham University revealed a ³He/⁴He ratio of 0.74 Rₐ, showing a measurable mantle helium component-which demonstrates the chemical fingerprint of deep-Earth fluids rising into the Rudyard system.

When they're ready to flow the wells it will be gradual.

They don't want to rip the ars out of the reservoir to cause formation problems, thats a mistake that companies used to make, but not so much nowadays.

The equipment will be able to handle it, as thats what they're testing now (hopefully)

JH looks like the VP torquing up a lid on a filter basket. So leak testing of the whole system still to be done, thats what it looks like to me, the line up is'nt complete as the valve to the filter basket is still in the closed position. Hopefully they've lined up by now, ( as the photo was possibly taken on monday) put some pressure in & and crack a well over the weekend. 🤞

Helix has acquired additional leases at Rudyard totaling 1,363 acres for modest cash consideration.

I'll take 50p at the end of the 5 year plan. Thats a nice top up to the pension pot. Though i suspect it might be north of that. Im in no hurry.

Thats what most of us are hanging onto here. Alot of longer term holders here. But not much to write home about.

My feeling is that the hydrogen find has moved the goal posts, as I feel other parties have now become involved, which unfortunately held up the production start up ( and the lack of new about the compressor).

I read that as rig would arrive at some point during the week. Looks like all rigged up. Expect a comment in a tweet about Montana winters.🫣 Hopefully a tweet in the next few days about compressor connected up & cracking the production chokes over the weekend.

When starting up after a shutdown. If we were going to miss our targeted start up date. We used to line up for a start up then export for a short period "ie" an hour or so. Then shut down again. This then became start up problems. To satisfy the oil company target dates.

I'm not saying this is whats going to happen here. But with every passing November(summer) day it looks a possibility.

Bo said last week in the Investor tv interview that all the plant components are on site @6m:30 ish( so i guess that means the compressor aswell) He also said we're going into production in November, so why would the hook up take another 6 weeks? 🎈
