Yes, costs are a big problem here. They spent $18m on sales and marketing 2 years ago when they weren't allowed to sell anything because of labelling formalities etc. That put me off at the time. And its sale process is very long lead / chunky - its very low volume which is understandable but problematic if you do not have the resources of a multi. The tech is great and will be adopted but how and by whom remains uncertain
