RE: Contract RNS25 Jul 2024 12:07
It is. It has an EV of £2m for all 4 divisions. We can see its turned to profitability cash wise. [we have more cash and net working capital than the placing in Dec. Nice £400k contract suprise yesterday. Without tempting providence, no placing for ages, if at all. Heavy hints MTA going well - and indeed backed up with evidence that it is still on going after 6 months [if crap, it would have been disclosed in the results] and the data will be reported shortly for a nice £ bun fight between global players as they know the supply chain needs diversification.
The deep discounted placement in Dec was at a price that the placees thought was a bargain - that's how they work generally. Since then, the BOD have done well doing the surgery to make it lean yet expanding [so the rev/cost structure is attractive], and MTA results due soon.
We have no clinical or FDA kiss of death problems, we won't have to wait years for outcomes /deals - weeks/months and as said before, loads of cash i.e this is ultra low risk for the industry & it is internationally recognised in this field
We have 60m shares, no warrants, no dilution, no debt and an EV of £2m for all the above.
Looking at the trades so far today, appears to be 1 seller hitting the bid 15 mins after opening with 130k- which with a 60m float has an exaggerated effect, and then a few follow. ATM, only 50k more sells than buys but 8% down effectively
