Any company is going to focus on near term cash flow - if they didn't and went of igli - they would need to raise funds. Madness.

The seller retains 15% and may be a bit annoyed CMRS are not prioritising it - cause he [the seller] wants cash asap. Mining difficulty is relative to the ease of the copper project - again, go for the easy fruit, not the stuff thats more difficult to get & longer to get [and more costly to get]. They can revisit this fruit when the co is self financing. The silver ain't going anywhere but looking at it now would be a big mistake.

He is being prudent timing wise to account for unforeseen problems - drill blows up etc.

Behind the scenes I'm sure they are working fast.

They looked around and saw many juniors slowing exploring and proving up needing multiple placements hoping someone would come along to help. This plan rarely works - hence so many are floundering for years making no progress with an ever dwindling share price and mcap.

So they decided to be different - focus on a rich area but where few are looking, took 2 years to find the one and have funded a big project to production due next year - in the meantime adding to the coffers by using their expertise in metal trading.

They have re drawn the classic cycle of a junior and remove the costly drop when the mine is being financed and built [and diluted to buggery!!]

This truly an outstanding policy requiring patience but with astronomical rewards. [200t cu you can scoop up off the floor!!]

Few have understood the uniqueness of this company or bothered to understand, selling through boredom. Investing is boring and research is your work input.

Jeez, at a price of $55, after accounting for the 24.5m shares to be issued to the DoD and the 11.8m newly placed shares announced today, MP will have a mkt cap of $11.0bn.

Indeed, assistance in cash flow, as indicated in the update, is important and hopefully solved for this bump in the road. But to almost half the mcap when interim working capital facilities needs agreement seems excessive.

But some cos can do well . GMET has had a wonderful steady but impressive rise. Not in it but it seems to have an open but cohesive bb which aids nice consolidated rises in conjunction with excellent prospects- I want to be in at the 7am RNS, not sweating trying to get in

I'm afraid when its in play, this is the sort of stuff you have to go through - its all aimed to get us to doubt and given market volatility generally, some do bail to preserve their cash.

I think we have got the position now where retail are sticking 2 fingers up and not playing the game anymore. The prospects are just too good.

I really find this type of mm in cohorts with a buyer to rip off retail / stop loss hunting very very unethical
