Clearly had a seller who needs to reduce for his own reasons - on a corporate level all is good apart from boredom.

Companies are companies as to how they are designed to make money irrespective of whether they are private, AIM or higher boards. This is a basic model. Where’s the great reward when you can’t rely on the published figures and more worryingly, you can’t rely on their ability to hedge cause that could break them. Controls and management are the key to a tight and very competitive industry where newcomers are vulnerable So where’s the USP that’s showing you a great reward v risk cause I can’t see one

So what’s the gross margin for you to be hopeful of a good result. What’s the bad debt run rate for you to be hopeful of a good result. I could go on. Management and internal controls have collapsed.
