More zzzzz The point I was making is there are hundreds of companies that have gone from pounds to pence , some for good reasons, others oversold but all in a volatile small cap sector. I’m sure your aware of the 50 pc car crash shares that in reality nothing has changed ( cpx, star, etc ) Currently here, there’s little point in discussing the business, that’s the punt. But if you can’t bear the risk at this level; it’s a kids party at Ronald’s or go for an oilie drilling somewhere or retire GL though.

Zzzz indeed. Mentioning a buy in price with such negativity exposes a trader and their motives. If you believe a contract will be forthcoming, this price is good. You don’t suddenly believe just because the sp is 6.5p. Ergo trader. Everyone knows there’s a few traders even before they fessed up and that’s fine. But I hardly read placings / console as market forces price action on the back of this vol and the known 1p boys. Bit of drama queen pessimism at 7.75p

Interesting that Mr 29.9 pc organised the finance for the 2 disposals ( as per related party dis). So maybe some other source of funds are around. If there was an internal placing , it’s got the 30 pc threshold to consider as well.

Possible but it would be for investments and not running costs - which means it should be value accreditive .

Because the shares are mega tightly held, assuming everyone keeps their % - the actual price doesn't matter. In fact, as Woodfood are in such a mess, it would suit him to issue at a big premium so his MV goes up - stranger things have happened. This is defo a share to expect the unexpected - we don't know what the NAV effect of the new stuff is.

What is very interesting with the mm float is that the RSP is currently 6.884p v No quote available [was 14.999p this am] for 250k.

So the mms totally match trades [and hence take their 10% on every trade - cause they can't make cash on volume.]

Price doesn't bother me with this share due to excessive volatility - its the stupidity of some punters on AIM that constantly amazes me.

It could be that peeps aren't stupid but think others are so sell before the others sell etc.

Well we all forget we’ve invested in the alternative investment market read high risk. WSG is basically going for mega big ticket recurring contracts with **** all cash. It’s venture capital world so stop moaning, you want the 10 bagger but can’t take the penalty. 50 pc of AImers have lost half their value this year. Hence we are where we are. Today proves however, they have the means to close a £3m contract , for me it bodes well re risk reward .

Well, by announcing they have signed it, the bod collectively have publicly put their necks on the line. They’ve closed a tech and follow up service - is this the pivot ?
