They need the raise to avoid the old notes concerting at 10 p. They have a loan for 12 months and they need the deferred placing to ensure they can meet loan repayments, so it has avoided 23.4m being issued .

To digest all that but cursory glance - mezz replace existing CLNs with some left over and placing at 12.5p with cash being recd monthly and shares sold monthly at a max rate of 1.25m - any profit above 12.5p split 50/50.

Having proceeds deferred points to prudence as opposed to a desperate fundraise - and 25% above nominal . Feel free to point out mistakes

Agree - vol light at around 30k sells v 110k buys so current price about right atm.
It is a niche share for some reason. Much more cash been spent on far riskier and long term pharmas imo but that's advantageous to those who seek out opps early.
Its a US company - it will get on their radar at some point and they are much more aggressive valuers than us reserved Brits

I am very attracted to the annual recurring free cash flow of $16m [based on 78 units], I just checked the hardware sales figures and from the half year report each unit costs $500k with a whopping gross margin of 75%.
100 initially planned , 1,000 medium term.
This is a business model to die for
