What the impatient sellers don't realise is they have sold below cash - valuing all the IPR that cost £130m at a negative - even after the Cofra family piled in.
And they have seconded their troubleshooter in as the new chairman to get things sorted - why?
1] to show bargaining strength - otherwise a bit light
2] get the first licence right - it sets a precedent / template for others - hence best to take some more time if it forms a better foundation for the business strategy.

Given the current "green" climate agenda, perfectly possible every household machine will have to address this problem. There appears a genuine global willingness to act and act timely.
