if we are partners then you have a partnership agreement - a JV the same.
These are legal entities and can sign contracts.
So I don't get MPS / Scan [but WSG named] and then Scan/WSG.
Why is everything so bloody complicated with WSG [or not explained - investors should not have to guess on contract mechanics like this.

It looks like WSG have no direct contractual relationship with MPS [and no privity of contract] - not what we were led to believe. - lions share?

They have some NSCI - good company but uber illiquid - the sold 250k shares and the sp dropped 16% - think they have given up there for the moment.
And the good news is that are not dumping them so it is quite orderly - just annoying when you think your smart getting in early and others get it cheaper!!
