T Q- the Vortex comments caught my eye - thought we had around 20% when we took over EMV so not looked too much at it.
But per the recent interims - we own 96%.
Now 96% of the range of figures given is gob smacking.

Glycotest – in the light of the presentation on their site – why are you not discussing the massive opportunity here .Do some DCF models to show what we are talking about. WH Ireland GP figure looks way too low given the IPR
Sagetech – why is this confidential as per the placing document.

but lenders require loan facilities to be backed by assets in a small OG company - so they must see realisable market net assets to cover the facility.?
i.e an independent bank has done its sue diligence on the co's financial current value.

Notice stakes in Sofant, Sagetech and Pointgrap all higher
Good model - you takeover a full corporate finance company - get the above investments and more and losses reduced
As we consolidate Proaxis, and they having covid delays makes the reduced loss even better
BOD fair value based on PDS$12 so bigger disconnect.
