If anyone knows the new proposed board can you asked them why they did a similar approach to Love Henp? Why they destroyed the share price and did not even vote or turn up to the EGM? We need some clarity on the intention here. I am not entirely against their cause but have little trust. JB

Agee TAC so many on here have motives against the company. Aim is a cesspit full of manipulation. It’s where we have chosen to invest though, so we have to live with the snide comments for now, but all will change as value will see through here before long!

Ps if Cathal Friel did script most of the article and passed it to Winifroth (the Aim bandit) then I have concerns about the company he keeps? I hope it was leaked to Winifroth rather than being the chosen route for publishing their cause???

I agree as shareholders we need to assess both sides arguments and make personal decisions to stick or twist. My caution is that this is AIM and there is so much manipulation and unscrupulous individuals out for their own gain to screw us PIs.

So Corky how do you back up your bold statements on the company value? What value have to you assigned to the current portfolio of RBD assets the money in hand and money due? Would be interesting to see your figures and working.

Other than a smash and grab I don’t know what this team has in terms of delivering shareholder value in building and realising an oil and gas portfolio?

Ok guys I have done a bit of digging online. It appears Pershing, a tin bit financial services provider (a whole £2 of equity) which is part of the Bank of New York Mellon Corporation and also are linked to Kamran Sattar. I believe this is the same guy who’s company is a shareholder in Daybreak. I think there is an asset raid attempt, or it could be these guys have just throw this out there to drop the price a grab shares? It’s interesting that they don’t seem to have managed to follow protocol which indicates they don’t really know what they are doing?

Persi never spoke a true fact in all the time he’s been on these boards. Starting with when Corallion construction went bust and he was spouting that RBD were doomed as their partner had gone bust. He just a paid hand here to spread lies and fear, where questioned he has actually admitted to this.

Well someone’s sniffing around and interested not sure I like there way of going about it though.
