Ps MDD product registrations need to be completed by May 2021? EU MDR registrations are post May 2021. We need to assess where we are with approvals, to assess whom the Notified Body is here and is there is an agreed path to an MDD certification? Or EU MDR certification post May 2921? JB

Do we know who the Notified Body here is that is dealing with the Competent Authority registration? Is the product due to be registered under the MDD the outgoing legislation or under the EU MDR ? There are long lead times at present and a lack of commitment from regulators. This is where we need to focus. JB
