Vela state,

A further draw down being paid as of to date of quarterly up date, 31 December.

The word ,(further) indicates to me a additional draw down has been made.

Or am I reading it wrong?

I see Steve Xerri has just taken a TR1 position in Mila Resources., helping buy out the rump of a distressed investor’s holding. Operational news should start to flow there pretty quickly now imo.
